Travel agents are being offered a dedicated password-protected area in a redesigned Sunvil Holidays website.
This allows agents to price up itineraries and book trips with the independent operator.
Destinations bookable online include Greece, Cyprus, the Azores, Madeira, the Faroe Islands and Portugal.
New sections to sunvil.co.uk include ‘News and Updates’ and ‘Holiday Ideas’, where it is possible to search under various categories.
A ‘blogs & podcasts’ section will provide holiday ideas from Sunvil staff.
The operator’s product development executive Alexis Josephides said: “Sunvil offers a myriad of flexible holiday itineraries throughout Europe and in Latin America and we require a uniform site that clearly reflects what our Discovery, Holidays and Traveller brands can provide.
“The new design is now consistent and much easier to navigate – even full itineraries, including specific property details, can be viewed without clicking onto a different page.
“Unlike many other independent tour operators, it will also be possible to book many of our holidays on the site.”
Olly Wenn, managing director of travel website specialist Zolv, which designed and built the site, said: “We have worked very closely with Sunvil to create a richer, more intuitive user experience, with new functionality including an easy-to-use booking engine, accurate information and location maps, flight filters that only show available travel dates, and a much-improved presentation of special offers and late availability.”
