n Hilton to open Queen of sheba hotel



Hilton International is opening the five-star488-room Queen of Sheba in Eilat on November 1. The hotel, on the resort’s North Beach, will have five restaurants, a swimming pool, health club, ballroom and meeting rooms.



n eilat to get five-star isrotel property



Isrotel is opening afive-star self-catering hotel, the Royal Garden Suites, in Eilat in April 2000. The 330 suites will have one, two or three bedrooms and include a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. A three-star hotel is also underdevelopment.



n accor set to boost resort presence



Management group Accor Resorts has two upmarket new properties opening in Israel in 2000. The420-room Novotel Jerusalem is scheduled to open in the first quarter next year and the 220-room Novotel Coralia Dead Sea spa hotel, will open in the middle of next year.



n inter-continental to manage new resort



Inter-Continental is to manage a new five-star resort, with achampionship golf course, two miles north of Eilat. The hotel, with 280 rooms and 280 apartments, has not yet announced an opening date.
