Tie-up competition gets lyrical

LUNN POLY customer Edward Deru’s poetic way with words has won him a brand-new Ford Focus. The retired computer programmer entered a Hertz and Lunn Poly competition at his local agency in Hove which asked customers hiring cars for US travel to say in less than 20 words why they were using the two operators. His caption said: ‘As well as the pleasure of saving lolly, you can always depend on Hertz and Lunn Poly’ was the clear winner. He is pictured receiving his prize from Lunn Poly Hove shop manager Rowena Cook, with Lunn Poly sales consultant Lorraine Osbourne, front left, and Hertz UK national account manager Bridget Portman, front right.
