New MD named for Holiday Autos

Isabelle Ratinaud is to succeed Stuart Nassos as managing director of car hire broker Holiday Autos.


Former managing director Nassos left the business in July and is to join Abercrombie and Kent as the group’s chief ecommerce officer.


Ratinaud joins from online recruitment company Monster UK and Ireland, where she was marketing director and helped strengthen the brand to become market leader in its sector. Other previous jobs include European marketing director of Opodo, where she was responsible for repositiioning the brand in the online travel market, and senior roles at Red Letter Days, Gillette and Aegis media agency Carat.


At Holiday Autos, she will be responsible for managing the direct channel, new markets and web development as well as driving all aspects of marketing including digital, brand, PR, CRM and trade marketing.


Chief executive Alistair Rodger said: “Isabelle’s wealth of experience gained in the online travel sector, coupled with her understanding of growing an online brand makes her the ideal person to lead our global b2c organisation to its next stage of growth.”


Ratinaud starts on September 1.
