Philippine Airlines is to add a second weekly flight between Manila and Heathrow from September 7.
The new flight will depart from Manila on Monday at 08:10 (local time) and arrive in Heathrow at 15:10 (UK time).
The regular Thursday service from Heathrow to the Filipino capital Manila restarted on June 26.
Both flights are available to book through Global Distribution Systems and other channels.
Travel restrictions and low demand for air travel prompted the airline to suspend international flights in March.
Staffing the airline’s airport hub also proved to be a problem for the company during the health crisis.
San Francisco was the destination of the final Philippine Airlines flight before all international flights were grounded on March 26.
The UK Foreign Office currently advises against all but essential travel to the Philippines, and the country is prohibiting entry to all except nationals and those with residency permits to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
