The Pacific Asia Travel Association UK & Ireland is to run its annual roadshow virtually next month.
Its destination events will take place over three days between November 3 and 5, with the addition of East Asia this year.
The first day will be an Indochina Roadshow featuring Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
Day two will include a South Pacific roadshow featuring Fiji, Tahiti and the Cook Islands
The last day will be on East Asia and include Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macao and Singapore.
Events will run daily from 10am to noon. As well as an industry update, there will be small group speed-networking sessions with more than 20 Pata suppliers from tourist boards, hoteliers, airlines, and representation companies, including new members Tourism Shizuoka Japan and Okinawa Tourism.
Trade and events executive Sharon Anderson said: “Open to decision-makers and senior sales staff, the roadshow offers a great opportunity to update product knowledge and contacts.
“It’s essential to keep the conversation about the PATA region going and support our members as best as possible and we’re thrilled our virtual events continue to draw top suppliers including two of our newest Japanese members, Okinawa & Shizuoka.”
