Existing properties: Almond Beach Club in St James and Almond Beach Village in St Peter, Barbados.
Rooms: the Club has 161 rooms and suites in six categories. All rooms have air-conditioning, private bath and shower, safety deposit box, ceiling fan, king-size or twin beds, satellite television, telephone, hair-dryer and coffee machine. The Village has 330 rooms in seven categories which include the above plus balcony or patio.
Facilities: Club has three pools, jacuzzi, two saunas, hairdressing, make-up treatment, hydrotherapy, exercise room, massage, watersports, landsports, fitness centre.
Village: ten pools, two Jacuzzis, watersports, landsports, fitness centre and use of the spa and health suite at the Club.
