Pierre & Vacances adds two ski properties in Andorra

Pierre & Vacances has announced two new properties at ski resorts in Andorra.

The self-catering specialist has 78 properties in 22 ski resorts across the French Alps and Pyrenees

Its new additions are 62-room Hôtel Austria and 14-apartment Résidence Andorra Degas, which both opened today (December 4, 2020).

P&V now has more than 455 rooms and apartments in the principality, which is not currently on the UK’s travel corridor list, so visitors must self-isolate on return to the UK.

P&V has implemented Covid-19 protocols at all its locations, including the provision of hand-sanitiser for staff and customers, increased cleaning and disinfecting processes, and the updating of hotel ventilation systems.

All properties have onsite staff, but the operator said “there is no need to worry about social distancing when it comes to eating and socialising” because of its self-catering offering.

A Flexible Rate option also entitles guests to a full refund on their entire stay (including ski passes and equipment hire if booked with P&V) when cancellations are made up to 30 days in advance of a trip, for any reason. Should Covid-19 restrictions force a cancellation, guests will have the option to change the date of their stay or opt for 100% of their money back. Deposit of €1 are available.
