Kuoni staff share positives in Good News campaign

Kuoni has launched a Good News December campaign in a bid to boost positivity among its staff in the run up to the festive season.

The initiative is part of the company’s stepped-up internal communications programme to keep staff, who are all continuing to work from home, connected.

It was launched on Friday via the company’s internal news programme, Kuoni TV.

Staff are encouraged to send in good news, however small or significant. Chief executive Derek Jones has committed to recording short videos throughout the week to share the stories with colleagues, with the first airing on Monday.

Stories have ranged from team members boosting their wellbeing to completing on a house move and new babies or pets to achievements.

Rachel O’Reilly, head of communications at Kuoni, said: “We thought it would be great to capture as many of the good news stories as we can in the run up to Christmas, so it’s a really simple but effective way to give us all a lift.

“Our message is, despite being in different locations right now, we are all one team and we want to shout and share people’s good news  whether it’s about life, love or work.”
