Princess Cruises has created a virtual tour of its new ship Royal Princess that it announced this week will make her maiden voyage from Southampton in June 2013.
The 3,600-passenger ship is significant as it is the first in a new class being built in Italy and the same basic template as the new P&O Cruises ship that is due for delivery in 2015.
The first virtual tour reveals what the ship’s central Piazzas-style atrium and how this has evolved, the larger ship allowing it to offer 50% more space.
