The Cotton House Hotel & Spa in Mustique has had a facelift.
The 17-room hotel, which is the only fully serviced hotel on the island, is built into the coral-stone walls of an 18th-century warehouse.
The deluxe and superior sea front rooms in Coutinot House have all been refurbished by Parisian interior architect, Pascal Allaman using a deep blue and coral-red palette.
The rooms have private plunge pools, outdoor showers and wrap-around verandas.
The open-walled Veranda restaurant has also been refurnished and a new head chef is in place – Erwin Joven from Peter Island – serving signature dishes including Vincentian curried crab spring rolls with papaya-chile chutney and grilled rack of New Zealand lamb with Moroccan-spiced rosemary jus, roasted eggplant and chorizo and chickpea hash.
