Internal promotion as Attraction World names new chief operating officer

Justin Mahoney moves into a new role at Attraction World this week as newly-promoted chief operating officer.

He will join the theme park and attraction ticket specialist’s executive team alongside chief executive Paul Stobbs, chief commercial officer Oliver Nicholls and chief marketing officer James Morgan.

Mahoney has been “pivotal” in helping the business navigate its way through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, having rejoined Attraction World in November 2019.

Stobbs said: “Working with Justin over the last year or so has been very rewarding. He has proven himself to be a very effective and experienced business leader during the most challenging period that we have ever faced as a company and as an industry.

“I look forward to supporting him on his transition to his new role within the business and am sure that he will continue to be an important asset to Attraction World and all of its valued partners.”
