Carrier and The BodyHoliday have teamed up to create a week long fitness holiday in St Lucia.
Wellfit is inspired by real beach lifeguard training regimes and looks at physical strength, cardiovascular fitness, first aid and CPR training. Other activities include yoga, cycling and sailing to increase your stamina.
The programme is designed to encourage families to exercise together and for teenagers to become more active
Wellfit will run for seven weeks this summer, the first is from July 16, the last from August 27.
Carrier’s package costs from £8,700 for two adults and one child (12-15) sharing a luxury room including return flights from Gatwick with British Airways and private transfers.
