Ace unveils new training modules

Ten new e-learning modules designed to help agents increase their cruise sales are launched by ACE today.

The modules include switch selling, up-selling and adding value.

The courses are interactive and are designed to support agents through the entire sales process – identifying potential cruise customers, handling objections that may arise together with any misconceptions, and selling the complete cruise experience.

The modules also contain guidelines and real examples to ensure that key messages are clearly understood.

A further ten courses will be introduced in the next three months and will focus on niche sectors and products within cruising.

A cruise search platform on the ACE website has also been created. Built in association with Traveltek, the new feature for ACE members will assist agents with general cruise enquiries as well as an understanding of the deployment of cruise ships.

ACE director Andy Harmer said: “There’s a great deal happening in cruise at the moment and we want agents to be best placed to take advantage of all opportunities – and to be confident in creating their own.

“The latest set of training modules are just a finger tip away, directly accessible by agents from their desktops.”
