Business travel agent Pauline Farrow took the bull by the horns in a recent competition organised by Millennium and Copthorne Hotels. To celebrate the use of a new globaldistribution system code MU for all Millennium bookings, the hotel company asked 5,000 business travel agents to write a story which had to include the words cow and moo. Pauline, a database consultant from Carlson Wagonlit Travel, won the top prize of a weekend at the Millennium Commodore in Paris.
