All Leisure Group is stepping up its trade presence by joining the Association of Cruise Experts.
The move by the Hebridean Island Cruises, Voyages of Discovery and Swan Hellenic parent company follows the appointment of Julie Franklin as trade national account manager.
She is in the process of recruiting a team of three trade specialists.
Detailed information for agents about the three brands will be available via Ace including weekly news updates, information about the latest trade incentives and detailed product briefings.
Group sales director Colin Wilson said: “We are looking forward to working closely with Ace to build stronger relationships and to help agents really understand our brands and how they can sell them.
“As well as greater resources available to the trade, our membership will also allow us to have a strong presence at key industry events including the Selling Cruise Conference in May.
“The new sales team in place will be out and about and meeting agents across the country so that they can get to know the people behind the products that they are selling.”
Ace director, Andy Harmer added: “I’m delighted that The All Leisure Group has chosen to join the association as they showcase very different styles of cruising reinforcing the great diversity of our holiday sector.
“We look forward to welcoming them to the Selling Cruise Conference next month in Southampton when agents will be able to hear first-hand about the All Leisure fleet.”
