Applehouse Travel becomes fourth new GTMC member this year

Applehouse Travel, the corporate travel division of Southall Travel Group, has become the fourth new member to join the Guild of Travel Management Companies this year.

The addition of the company, based in Iver near Heathrow, brings Gtmc membership up to a record 40 companies,

Applehouse Travel managing director Kuljinder Bahia (pictured) said: “We recognise the skill and expertise within the GTMC, which will provide a significant benefit, not only to us as an organisation but ultimately to our customers.”

GTMC chief executive Paul Wait said: “The Southall Travel Group is a huge success story and their corporate travel division Applehouse Travel is growing fast under the management of Kuljinder Bahia – one of the most respected leaders in the travel industry.

“The GTMC now has a record 40 members with the membership truly representing the voice of business travel and travellers in the UK.

“The industry faces its next phase of change and challenge and the GTMC is well placed with its increasing membership to shape the future and positively contribute toward UK PLC.”
