The outgoing boss of builders merchants Travis Perkins is set to become chairman of Bourne Leisure.
Geoff Cooper has joined the board of the Butlins, Warner and Haven parent company and will assume the chairmanship in the new year when he leaves Travis Perkins, the Sunday Times reported.
Privately-owned Bourne Lesiure is one of the biggest domestic holiday operators in the UK.
