BA must use common-sense to repair damaged reputation

In the light of British Airways’ recent troubled times it has just occurred to me how it can easily rebuild its tarnished but previously excellent reputation.

It has already made the first positive step on the path to repairing its reputation by reintroducing the Union Flag to its fleet of aircraft. All it needs to do now is restore the basic rate of commission to 9% for all agents, regardless of their performance, thereby not reoffending the European Commission and allow agents to make bookings for Go at a reduced rate of commission of say 7%. Instantly BA would become everybody’s ‘favourite airline’ once again, or is this scenario just too simple?
