Manaus and Belém in Brazil are to be served by TAP Air Portugal to coincide with the World Cup kicking off in the country next summer.
A connection from London will operate via Lisbon to the two destinations in northern Brazil.
The service will run three times a week from June 2014 and bring the number of points served by the Portuguese carrier in Brazil up to 12.
Manaus is a host city for the World Cup, joining nine other host cities to be served by TAP.
