River Thames sightseeing firm City Cruises reported a 39% rise in trade sales over the festive period.
January figures show that the growth has continued into 2014, with sales up by 25%.
Revenue for January departures recorded an increase of 18% over the same month last year.
City Cruises added three new cruises to an initial four on offer in London due to high demand in the run-in to new year’s eve.
