Lucy Povey has been promoted to account director at Jayne Peirce Recruitment.
Meanwhile, Debbie Mills has joined the company to expand its reach in event management and inbound tour operating following experience with Formula 1 motor racing.
The moves come as the company reported senior management salaries rising by as much as £4,000 in the last six months as companies look to expand and increase their search for new talent.
This latest area of expansion goes hand in hand with the business expanding into training, coaching and HR.
Peirce said: “Lucy has been with the business from day one and has been pivotal to the constant growth of the leisure business in that period and hence now takes on a wider remit to take this sector of our business even further.”
