n croatia airlines to step up frequencies



Croatia Airlines is planning to step up frequency on its daily Heathrow-Zagrebservice from next summer. UK regional director Dalibor Pavicic said the carrier is aiming to offer a thrice-daily service. He added Croatia Airlines is also is looking at extra Manchester capacity.



n airports rebrand to attract london flights



Airports Biggin Hill and Southend have joined forces in an attempt to attract scheduled carriers. They have brandedthemselves London’s Regional Airports and are using congestion at Heathrow and Gatwick to persuade airlines to switch airports. The partnership has appointed marketeers Airport Strategy andMarketing Ltd to help with route development.



n cityjet signs up to air france scheme



CityJet has strengthened its co-operation with Air France by joining the Frenchcarrier’s frequent flyerprogramme. Passengers using CityJet’s London City and East Midlands flights to Dublin will be able to collect points in the Frequence Plus scheme.



n london city chiefs shift to new offices



London City Airport’smanagement has moved into new accommodation at City Aviation House. The switch from the terminal building to the nearbyfacility comes after a £1.2m refurbishment of the new office. The vacated offices will be renovated for airline use.



n gulf air launches new geneva service



Gulf Air launched atwice-weekly service between Heathrow and Geneva on Saturday. The Monday and Saturday flights are on three-class Airbus A330s and are aimed at leisure travellers planning summer trips to the Alps. The flightscontinue on to Abu Dhabi.
