Redfern Travel rebrands with new logo and tagline

Long-established travel management company Redfern Travel has been rebranded with a new logo and tagline ‘Straightforward Business Travel’.

Redfern has been adopted as the Bradford-based company’s universal brand name.

The new look follows research involving a cross section of clients, staff and partners.

Chief executive Mark Bowers said: “Since our beginnings in small premises in Bradford 80 years ago, our name has become synonymous with solutions that take the pain out of business travel, from the super-technology behind our booking systems, to the friendly team of travel experts at the end of our phone lines.

“We were adamant that the rebrand should be hassle-free for the people we work with and ultimately lead to a better service experience for them.”

He added: “We employed a local creative agency to take us through a 360 degree research and brand planning process.

“We listened to our clients, our people and the marketing experts and understood that we needed a fresh look and feel to better represent Redfern’s tactile approach to ‘touch-free’ business travel.

“Our new logo has its origins firmly in the digital sphere and our new fresh colour palette represents the market leading innovation for which we’ve become known.

“We chose the tagline ‘Straightforward Business Travel’ because that is what we’re about.

“Our aim is to connect our customers with a combination of straightforward business travel technologies and friendly experts, continually improving our services so they can book simply; travel soundly, and save money. Our new brand is our promise to continue doing exactly that.”
