Avro launches agent scheme to increase brand awareness


FLIGHT-only specialist Avro kicked off its agent incentive scheme this week claiming the trade is failing to realise the potential of the market.



The national scheme, based on the signs of the zodiac, is the first of its kind organised by Avro and will run for 12 months.



Agents will be entered into a monthly prize draw after making an Avro booking.



National sales manager Vickie Smith said:”This market still has greater potential than is currently being realised by the trade. The decision to launch a travel agent booking incentive was made to increase both awareness of the Avro brand and to encourage loyalty among travel agents.”



More than 1,500 prizes are up for grabs. In addition, for every five bookings or bonus product bookings – such as car rental and insurance – agents will receive bonus prize draw entries.
