Norwegian Cruise Line is planning on moving its office from London to Southampton this summer.
The line is moving away from its London base because of the lease expiring on the current office in Hammersmith and rising rental costs.
Francis Riley, senior vice president international for Norwegian, said the decision was also made because there was an “opportunity to be in close proximity to the Prestige Cruise Holidays UK office.”
All members of the team will be offered opportunities in Southampton, according to Norwegian.
Southampton has been a base for sister brands Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises for some time. The two luxury brands share an office in Southampton.
