Jet2holidays has pledged to take agents’ businesses to “new limits” with its upcoming peaks campaign.
General manager of trade sales Lloyd Cross said the operator had a “very positive” outlook for the peak selling period and teased details of its trade-focused campaign, due to launch on December 19.
Cross said the operator will go “one step beyond” to offer an increased level of product and support to its trade partners. “This year’s peaks campaign has one objective: to take you to new limits,” he told delegates.

Speaking at the operator’s annual conference, taking place this year in Paphos, Cyprus, Cross said the operator would give agents the chance to “expand your shop networks” with the ‘Scale Up Your Street’ initiative.
“Whether you’re a homeworker who can open on the high street, or a retailer looking to expand, you can pitch to win marketing funds and branding to make your shop a fantastic success,” he said.
He said the peaks campaign would also feature a competition called ‘Book for a Break’ which will “give your teams a chance to go on our famous destination discoveries”.
Another new competition will see the winners have new Jet2 aircraft seats installed in their shops to bring the product to life.
“Our commitment is that we’re going to go one step beyond to give you the largest volume of stock we have ever given travel agents before,” he said. “Not only that but we’re going one step beyond to give you the most support we’ve ever given, to ensure your performance is one step beyond for your passengers.”
He added: “Let’s make this the best peaks ever and go one step beyond.”
