Tui UK and Ireland said the reintroduction of single-stage low deposit offers will help partner agents to close sales.
The offer will be available for Tui’s mainstream beach breaks, as well as lakes and mountains holidays, for summer 2025.
Bart Quinton Smith (pictured), Tui UK & Ireland marketing and sales director, said to agents: “The return of this single-stage low deposit offer provides a fantastic opportunity for customers to secure their dream holidays with a smaller upfront payment and spread the cost of their 2025 summer getaway.
“So, if you have customers who have enquired during turn-of-year but have not yet booked, this might just be time to close those sales.”
A spokesperson for Tui said the operator had previously had single-stage low deposits on offer from about March 8 last year to help summer 2024 sales.
She said “great positive” feedback from independent agents contributed to the decision to reintroduce it.
The deposit offer will be valid from Wednesday (January 29) on all departures for summer 2025 and means that after the initial deposit, there is no requirement for top-up payments until the full holiday balance is due.
Also, the balance due date will remain as 12 weeks before departure.
The offer includes single-stage low deposits on Tui Holidays flying on Tui Airways, which are £60/€50 per person for short-haul and mid-haul departures, and £125/€100 per person on long-haul departures.
