National Car Rental has promoted Stephen Deakin toUK fleet director, replacing David Willsher who is leaving to set up his own fleet consultancy in Belgium. Deakin joined National in 1993 and has held the position of UK fleetmanager and fleet services manager. More recently he wasresponsible for the integration of Alamo Rent A Car vehicles into National’s rental fleet network.
