Bert Hernandez has been appointed chief operating officer for Azamara Club Cruises after seven years with Royal Caribbean Ltd.
Hernandez will start in the newly created role on October 31 having spent the last three years as vice president of planning, strategy and deployment with Royal and four years prior to this as the vice president of revenue management for Celebrity Cruises.
President and chief executive of Azamara, Larry Pimental, said: “Azamara Club Cruises is thrilled to have Bert Hernandez join our dedicated team.
