Chief executive officer Adam Finch will be leaving travel insurance firm Cover-More, the company has confirmed.
It comes amid a restructure of the firm as it looks to grow its global business.
The move follows the announcement of Judith Crompton as head of travel and aviation in September.
A spokesman said: “As a specialist travel insurance provider, Cover-More recently moved to align our global business to key distribution partnerships, channels and opportunities.
“In September 2016 we announced the appointment of Judith Crompton, former Chief Commercial Officer for Virgin Australia, to head up our Travel and Aviation business with global responsibility for all retail travel and airlines partnerships including those in the United Kingdom.
“As a result, Adam Finch, will leave the business towards the end of the year.”
Finch has more than 25 years of experience within the insurance industry.
Cover-More intends to remain in the UK and we will continue to grow our UK business and through the UK into the European market.
“This change is about bringing a stronger executive focus to our retail agency partners regardless of geography and we are delighted that we have someone with Judith Crompton’s significant skill and experience to lead this important part of our global business,” the spokesman added.
