CHOICE Hotels Europe has launched a money-back guarantee scheme for conference and incentive organisers using its properties.
The service aims to ensure a stress and worry-free experience for event organisers who are dealing with the group’s Comfort, Quality and Clarion brands or the New Connaught Rooms in London.
Called the 100% Conference Guarantee, it promises events will be arranged to a set criteria. If not, event organisers can demand a rebate of at least 10% of the total bill.
Choice Hotels sales director for conference and meetings Aphrodite Burton said:”It proves we are totally confident in the facilities, products and services we offer and want to pass that confidence on to our clients.” Highlights of the set criteria include the promise that conference and meeting rooms will be set up 30mins before the start of the event; a dedicated organiser will be available throughout an event; messages will be passed on within 15mins of receiving them at the venue and invoices will not contain added extras that were not pre-agreed.
To support the new service, a training programme and conference standards manual has been introduced.
Choice has 80 Clarion, Quality and Comfort-branded hotels and inns across the UK. The majority have meeting and function rooms with capacity of up to 600 people.
Many also have air-conditioned training rooms with audio visual facilities.
