I was just about to open my Travel Weekly when one of our agents called to ask why he had not been told we had dropped Sunny Beach Resort for summer ’99. He referred me to the article on Bulgaria (Travel Weekly February 24). I read that a second specialist, Dublin and Belfast-based Balkan Tourist, had dropped Sunny Beach Resort for 1999 to concentrate on the three Northern Black Sea resorts, etc. It would appear that someone is getting Balkan Tours Ltd, Belfast and Dublin, confused with a new operator called BalkanTourist.
