BRITISH MIDLAND TO ADD BUDAPEST SERVICE
The launch of British Midland’s daily Heathrow-Budapest service in April will offer six flights a day between London and Budapest. Both Malev and British Airways operate twice-daily from Heathrow and Malev also flies daily from Gatwick. British Midland is offering a return fare of ú141.
WEEKEND ADDITION PLANNED BY TAROM
Romanian carrier Tarom will add a Saturday departure at 7.30am on its Heathrow-Bucharest route this summer. It serves the route year-round daily at 12.50pm using B737-300 aircraft. Meanwhile Tarom’s plans to resume the Manchester-Bucharest service in April have been put on hold.
