How it works
To enter the competition, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Make a booking on Ethiopian Airlines between 13 January 2025 and 31 March 2025 from London Gatwick to any destination across the Ethiopian network.

Incentive Details
(Applicable to all three prizes)
- Eligibility: Only open to travel trade partners in the UK.
- Sales Validity: Sales valid for tickets issued between 13th January- 31st March 2025 through UK BSP and issued through ET ticket stock (071).
- Tickets issued for travel between: 13th January -30 June 2025 and 20 August – 30 November 2025.
- Routing: Travel must commence from ET online service ex LGW to any ET online destination in Africa, Asia, Middle East & India Subcontinent. Return travel can terminate at any ET UK online point i.e. LGW. LHR or MAN.
- Prizes will be awarded for highest number of adult tickets sold by an agent. Once the winning tickets have been verified by Ethiopian Airlines, the decision will be final.
- Applicable Journey types: Economy & Business Class return and/or one-way journeys. Child, infant and group tickets are not eligible.
- Duplicate tickets and other non-eligible entries will be rejected.
- All tickets must be submitted by 15 April 2025 for qualification process.
- Publicity: being part of this incentive means prize winners will allow Ethiopian Airlines to promote on all social media channels and communications. All winners will be notified by 15 May 2025.

Terms and conditions:
**1st Prize a pair of economy return airline tickets to Africa.
Following terms & conditions apply:
- Travel must commence and return from London Gatwick to any Ethiopian connecting African destination.
- All applicable government taxes (except fuel tax) and other travel related costs such as travel insurance, visas etc. are not covered and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- Tickets are valid for travel between 1 June 2025 until 30th June 2026 during low season. The months of July, August, December & Easter are peak season and when travel is not permitted.
- Both travellers must travel together in both directions.
- Tickets are valid for the prize-winner to travel, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and hold no cash value.
- After ticket issuance, date change/cancellation penalties may apply in accordance with Ethiopian Airlines tariff rules.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (flight cancellation, delayed or overbooked) relating to the Ethiopian Airlines flight the prize winner is booked on, the winner will not be entitled to compensation from the airline.
- Booking must be made 60 days prior to intended travel date and ticket issued by 28th February 2026.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking request.
** 2nd Prize 2 x places on an Ethiopian Fam trip to Africa 2025/2026.
Winners will be notified of dates and destination of Fam Trips during 2025/2026. Fam trip may be hosted by Tourist Boards. Representation Companies or Private Stakeholders.
Two separate fam trip places are available and will incur associated costs & Govt Taxes (to be advised to winners).
(disclaimer – If Fam Trips do not take place during 2025/2026 each winner will receive a complimentary economy ticket as a substitute prize as per the T&Cs for the first prize).
