Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have again been crowned the Travel Brand of the Year in the annual Which? Awards ceremony.
It is the third year in a row that they have been recognised for their customer service and product quality – and the fourth time in seven years.
Expert judges from Which? base their awards on a range of criteria, including how brands have performed in Which? testing, brand reliability, analysis of provider data, customer satisfaction surveys based on thousands of customer experiences, and the results from its investigations.
Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “The Which? Awards are the ultimate recognition of customer-centric brands that provide the best products and customer service, so to be awarded Which? Travel Brand of the Year for three years running is a remarkable demonstration of our industry leadership when it comes to looking after our customers.

The consumer watchdog said: “Jet2 was recognised for the third year in a row due to the consistently high scores it receives for holiday packages.”
Jet2’s brands are also recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider in every single category it is possible for them to be included in – seven in total. These are: Airlines (Jet2.com), Beach and Resort Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), All-Inclusive Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), Family Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), Solo Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), City Breaks (Jet2CityBreaks) and Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad (Jet2Villas).
Other travel brands on the awards shortlist were Brittany Ferries, The Landmark Trust, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Premier Inn.
BBC presenter Victoria Derbyshire announced the 12 winners of the 2024 Which? Awards at an event on Monday.
Anabel Hoult, Which? chief executive, said: “Jet2’s high-quality service means it has far better customer scores and star ratings than its main rivals and this is why we’ve named it the Best Travel Brand for the third year running.
“Congratulations to Jet2 on its win. The Which? Awards judging standards are incredibly high, so to be named as a winner is a huge achievement – something only achieved by the best of the best.”
Each winner is entitled to use their Which? Awards winner logo on their marketing for free for a year.
This year’s awards saw Zen Internet taking the top spot in the new Customer Service Brand category.
Which? introduced two other new categories: Baby and Child Brand of the Year, and Best Value Appliance Brand of the Year, with Cybex and Beko winning respectively.

· NFU Mutual for Insurance Brand of the Year;
· Richer Sounds for Retail Brand of the Year;
· Smarty for Utilities Brand of the Year;
· Honda for Car Brand of the Year;
· Samsung for Computing Brand of the Year; and
· LG for Home Entertainment Brand of the Year.
