Azamara Cruises launches Europe and solar eclipse 2026 itineraries

Azamara Cruises has launched its European itineraries for 2026, including solar eclipse programmes.

The small-ship cruise line will sail 77 itineraries in Europe between March and October 2026 on its three ships Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest and Azamara Onward.

These include three solar eclipse cruises departing August 2, 2026 (11-night Mediterranean cruise), August 7, 2026 (12-night Ireland Intensive Cruise) and August 8, 2026 (18-night Iceland and Canada Cruise).

The itineraries include five maiden ports only accessible to smaller ships, including: Sarande in Albania, Fredericia in Denmark, Turku in Finland, Menton in France and Karlskrona in Sweden.

Azamara will also introduce new three-night pre and post-land programmes in Iceland, Cairo and Athens.

There is an early booking bonus of 20% off on all summer 2026 cruises booked before October 31, 2024.

Michael Pawlus, head of itinerary planning at Azamara Cruises, said: “Europe continues to be a leading destination for us globally, so we are delighted to be announcing one of our biggest European deployments to date.

“With three ships in the region from March to October 2026, we can offer our guests more options than ever before; taking them to ports less travelled and hidden gem destinations and delivering new immersive land experiences for the very first time.”
