NCL scraps series of 2023 sailings on Norwegian Sky

Norwegian Cruise Line has pulled a series of sailings on Norwegian Sky in 2023 due to ship redeployment.

The 2,004-passenger vessel is scheduled to return next month with Caribbean voyages out of Miami.

The line said sailings throughout next year were affected by the decision. It has not confirmed the ship’s redeployment.

The following cruises have been cancelled:

  • All sailings from December 30, 2022, through and including February 13, 2023
  • All sailings from February 20, 2023, through and including April 14, 2023
  • All sailings from May 29, 2023, through and including December 29, 2023

Affected passengers will be fully refunded automatically and offered a 10% discount on any future NCL cruise booking.

An NCL spokesperson said: “As a result of ship redeployment, we’ve had to modify a few sailings and unfortunately have had to cancel voyages.

“We understand the inconvenience and frustration this disruption may cause, and we appreciate the understanding of our loyal guests and travel agent partners.”
