Royal Caribbean launches EMEA recruitment drive

Royal Caribbean is looking to fill seven new roles focused on the UK and Ireland market as part of a recruitment drive across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The  UK and Ireland roles include a senior cruise specialist development and a senior manager retail development. Both will report into head of sales, Torey Kings-Hodkin.

The EMEA sales and commercial team will be 78 people once the roles are filled.

As part of the expansion, head of UK field sales Karen Tucker was promoted to sales director for Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland this month.

The line has already promoted head of sales, administration and trade marketing, Nicki Lewis, to senior sales enablement manager, EMEA, and Terry Burke from head of business development to senior business development manager in the EMEA region.

Lewis will be responsible for sales support, trade communications, events and trade marketing for EMEA.

Both Lewis and Burke will now report into EMEA vice president Ben Bouldin.

Bouldin said: “We are growing our team and currently recruiting for 23 roles across EMEA – around 20 of which are new positions.

“We know that 2022 is full of great opportunity and we’re going to be ready with a complete and dynamic EMEA sales function.”
