Third Viva Cruises ship to be named Enjoy

European river cruise specialist Viva Cruises will name its third new-build vessel Enjoy, to reflect the company’s motto: Enjoy the Moment.

Viva Enjoy will be mainly sailing on the Danube from September to December 2024 and itineraries can now be booked online.

The cruise line has already built two ships – Viva One and Viva Two, which launched in 2022 and 2023 respectively.

Viva Enjoy – a sister ship to Viva Two – will embark on its 12-night maiden voyage on September 22, 2024, from Frankfurt to Vienna.

Andrea Kruse, Viva Cruises chief operating officer, said: “We have grown very quickly in the last five years, as has our customer base and the demand for cruises on the Danube.

“Our third new-build ship will give us a wider range of options – with departures from Vienna to accommodate for our international audiences.”

Viva Enjoy will have 95 cabins for 190 passengers; three restaurants; open-plan lounge; sun deck and a fitness and wellness area.

It offers four, five and seven-night itineraries on the Danube, including the seven-night Charming Danube from Vienna to Budapest, from £1,395; and the four-night Cityhopping Danube calling at Budapest and Bratislava, from £650.

The five-night Advent and Christmas cruises will visit Christmas markets in Bavaria and Austria, from £950.
