Uniworld has released three river cruise departures for next year with a range of celebrities on board.
The sailings will feature opera singer Russell Watson; former England cricketer Sir Ian Botham (pictured); BBC presenter and chef Matt Tebbutt, Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing; and wine expert Oz Clarke.
The cruises run on March 20, 27 and April 3 and are available to book now.
Watson will join the Venice and the Gems of Northern Italy sailing departing on April 3, 2022. Prices for the eight-day voyage on the line’s La Venezia ship start from £2,249.
Botham and Tebbutt, who hosts BBC show Saturday Kitchen, will be on the Brilliant Bordeaux sailing starting on March 27, 2022.
Ports of call include Fort Médoc, Cadillac, Blaye and Libourne. The cruise includes wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, a private oyster tasting with Tebbutt and a question-and-answer session with Botham.
Prices for the eight-day cruise start from £2,249.
Wareing and Clarke will join the eight-day Burgundy and Provence sailing on the line’s Catherine vessel from Avignon to Lyon. Prices for the sailing departing on March 20, 2022, start from £2,199.
A private wine tasting, cooking demonstrations, and a guided tour of Lyon food market will be part of the cruise’s schedule.
