Taking your clients to the far reaches of the globe on tailormade cruise holidays is what Cruise Plus does best. Combining land stays with dream expedition, river or ocean cruises, Cruise Plus can help you package your clients’ trip to any budget.

And there’s no shortage of opportunities for agents to learn more about what they have to offer. Cruise Plus provides training, meetings with suppliers, incentives such as fam trips, plus an exclusive Cruise Plus two-day event, which has taken place for a second year.

Ponant - Belize FAM

“Providing our agent partners and team with educationals and training is integral to our brand strategy at Cruise Plus,” says Sarah Lancashire, marketing director at Cruise Plus.

“We recognise the value of experiencing a product first‑hand and making connections with suppliers – allowing agents to expand their knowledge and feel empowered to sell. I’d encourage agents to watch this space for more exciting opportunities coming soon from Cruise Plus.”

Three recent fam trips

Cruise Plus has hosted three fam trips in the past year. Here are some of the highlights.

1. Beautiful Belize

In November, a group of agents travelled to Belize in Central America for a seven-night sailing with Ponant. Starting with a precruise stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Intercontinental in the US, they sailed on Le Dumont-d’Urville, which features stunning staterooms, a swimming pool and an underwater lounge.

The cruise sailed to Belize and Honduras, with stops at remote beaches and islands in the Caribbean Sea.

2. West Coast wonders

Agents experienced a luxury voyage in May on Explora Journeys’ Explora I, which boasts luxury interiors, nine dining choices and four pools.

Ponant - Tahiti FAM

The trip began at the Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver, while the six-night sailing included stops at Astoria in Oregon, San Francisco in California and Los Angeles.

3. Touring Tahiti

In June, agents set off on a trip to paradise in Tahiti, French Polynesia with Ponant. The voyage on board Le Paul Gauguin spanned seven nights, starting with a stay at the Hotel Intercontinental Tahiti Resort & Spa and stopping at incredible white-sand beaches and islands including Huahine, Raiatea and Bora Bora.
