Adagio’s recently released 2023 brochure features 47 holidays, including 10 new cultural, food, flowers and historical themed itineraries across the UK and Europe.
The specialist in gentle walking group tours offers trips ranging from the Outer Hebrides to the Mediterranean.
New additions for 2023 include Royal Aberdeenshire, an exploration of Aberdeen and northeast Scotland’s castles and wildlife.
The seven-night break starts from £1,175, including flights from regional UK airports, and departs May 6, July 29, and September 16, 2023.
Also new is Cezanne’s Provence, a week-long walking tour of the French region, travelling by Eurostar from London St Pancras to Aix-en-Provence.
It starts from £1,975, departing March 27, April 17, May 1, and October 23, 2023.
The brochure features three new holiday types – Culture, Flowers, and Food & Wine – to help clients quickly identify holidays that have been tailor-made to offer a more specialised experience.
Nine ‘Adagio Plus’ itineraries are also included, offering a slightly more active countryside element and longer walks than on standard Adagio holidays.
Kevin O’Regan, managing director, said: “With an emphasis on taking one’s time to leisurely explore each destination on foot, we aim to offer a more immersive experience by combining must-see attractions with lesser-known cultural gems, delicious local cuisine, and a mix of easy transport options.
“Focusing on Culture, Flowers and Food & Wine, clients can still enjoy what makes an Adagio holiday great but with the added choice of some specialist itineraries.”
