The Advantage Travel Partnership has promoted Jonny Peat to senior commercial manager for cruise.
In his new role, Peat, who joined the consortium in April 2022 as commercial manager for cruise, will take full control of Advantage’s end-to-end cruise proposition and report into head of commercial John Sullivan.
The partnership said Peat has “led a number of key strategic initiatives” in his 18 months with the company, which contributed to an cruise revenue of £500 million in the last year.

Peat also redeveloped the consortium’s Latitude cruise product which now has 300 members, representing a 200% increase, with plans to double that in the next 12 months.
“I am delighted to have been recognised with this promotion,” said Peat.
“Advantage has allowed me to grow and develop in the time that I have been with the partnership and it’s been very gratifying to see the success we have achieved over the last year.
“I absolutely love working with members and business partners and cruise remains a passion of mine.
“I am very excited by the far-reaching strategy we have set ourselves for 2024 which will see us deliver even more value to our members and business partners.”
Sullivan added: “Since Jonny joined us our cruise proposition has gone from strength to strength.
“In the last 18 months, he has completely redesigned our cruise offering, ensuring that our 300 Latitude members and the wider membership receive the very best support and we also consistently deliver for our business partners.”
