Amadeus River Cruises has partnered with music and cruise operator Harmony Voyages to offer a series of sailings on the Rhine and Rhone rivers this summer, each featuring a musical performance.
A seven-night Rhine cruise featuring performances from Richard Thompson and Show of Hands costs from £1,849 based on a June 9 departure.
The sailing will depart Basel and call at Strasbourg, Speyer, Mannheim, Rüdesheim, Koblenz and Cologne before concluding in Amsterdam.

Paul Carrack and The Bootleg Beatles will perform on a seven-night Rhine cruise departing on June 16.
The lead-in price for the sailing, which will depart Amsterdam and call at Utrecht, Cologne, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Mannheim, Speyer and Strasbourg before ending in Basel, is £1,849.
A seven-night Rhone and Saone cruise will feature performances from Fairport Convention and Anthony John Clarke.
The roundtrip itinerary departs Lyon on June 22 and calls at Macon, Chalon-Sur-Saon, Tournus, Avignon, Arles, Chateauneuf-Du-Rhone and Le Pouzin. Prices start at £1,899.
All itineraries include return flights, meals, drinks with lunch and dinner, entertainment, use of bicycles and port taxes.
