Barrhead Travel has revealed it will run a ‘Dragons’ Den-style’ competition for its branches to pitch for funding for advertising campaigns or events.
A pot of £50,000 will be made available in the scheme, set to be launched next year to tie in with the agency’s 50th year of operation.
Product and commercial director Caroline Donaldson will be among a team of four judges reviewing the entries.
Sales and marketing director Nicki Tempest-Mitchell said: “You will need to be persuasive, understand your market and tell us why you think the funding will make your teams thrive in 2025.
“Perhaps you’ve got an idea for an eye-catching advertising campaign in your local area, or maybe you’ve got an amazing event you’d like us to invest in.”
Staff from all levels of the business will be invited to enter the competition.
