Brightwater Holidays launches 2022 festive breaks collection

Coach tour operator Brightwater Holidays has launched its “biggest-ever” collection of festive breaks for 2022.

The collection features nine breaks and one Experience Day, with prices ranging from £145 to £1,695.

Guests can take advantage of a limited time offer and save £75 if they book by September 30. The operator is also offering £1 deposits, with the full balance due 10 weeks before departure.

The Christkindlmarkts of Germany itinerary includes a three-night stay at the four-star NH Dusseldorf City Hotel on a B&B basis, return rail travel from London, visits to Cologne and Dusseldorf, walking tours in both cities, and coach travel throughout.

Departures take place on December 6 and 13, and the lead-in price is £635.

The lead-in price for the three-night New Year in Reykjavik itinerary is £1,395, and departs December 29.

The itinerary includes a stay at the four-star Grand Hotel Reykjavik on a B&B basis, return flights between Gatwick and Keflavik, coach transfers, a New Year’s Eve gala dinner, as well as optional excursions.

Other itineraries include the six-night Spectacular Scottish Christmas break, where guests will spend two nights at the four-star Atholl Palace Pitlochry, one night on board the five-star Fingal – a hotel on a ship in Edinburgh – and three nights at the four-star Ten Hill Place Hotel.

Guests will visit the Blair Athol Distillery, the Royal Yacht Britannia, Edinburgh Christmas Market and the Royal Botanical Gardens, as well as have a traditional three-course lunch with wine on Christmas Day.

The collection also features the Wreath-Making & festive Cheer at Denbies Wine Estate Experience Day, which includes tea and coffee on arrival, a two-hour wreath-making workshop with florist Liz Bushell, a two-course Christmas lunch, a one-hour indoor vineyard tour, and a tasting of four wines.

The events take place on December 7 and cost from £145.
