“They are already seeing the benefit of joining Hays Travel by making new bookings with operators they previously wouldn’t have been able to work with.”

Directors Mareeta Llewellyn and Caroline Fenech made the decision to join the Hays group.

Llewellyn said: “Hays Travel Independence Group has been so easy to do business with. They have made moving from one consortium to another seamless. Helen has been our wing woman from day one and supported us through the whole process.”

Natasha Marson, head of Hays Travel Independence Group, added: “The ladies of Cannon Travel are just brilliant, and lots of fun. They have a superb business and I am very confident that they will go from strength to strength with our full support.

“Cannon Travel is already among our top 50 members for the month of May in terms of sales, so they are off to a flying start.”
