The Constant Travel Group has held its first conference for its homeworking division, Personal Holiday Advisors (PHA), in Paphos, Cyprus.
The 20 homeworkers were sponsored by Constantinou Bros Hotels and Jet2holidays for the event, held from March 30-April 2.
The hotel chain and operator hosted workshops and presentations over two days of the conference, which provided an opportunity for the homeworkers to share ideas about sales, marketing and social media.

Mary Mulkeen, general manager at the Constant Travel Group, said Constantinou Bros Hotels and Jet2holidays were conference sponsors as the destination and hotel group are among the agency’s top sellers.
The agents were also able to explore Constantinou Bros properties such as Athena Royal Beach Hotel, where they took part in a mini bowling competition and sampled cocktails at the new roof top bar.
They also took lunch at the beachside Kymata restaurant at the Asimina Suites Hotel, followed by a visit to a local winery and the village of Omodos in the Troodos mountains.
Nicola Bedford, Personal Holiday Advisor, said: “Everyone had a brilliant time and it was great to meet everyone in person.
“It was really good for everyone to be sharing ideas and tips…everyone came home with a couple of new fresh ideas to try in their business and promote our PHA brand.”
The Leeds-based Constant Travel Group, a Hays Travel Independence Group member, recently recruited Mulkeen as part of a strategy to expand its homeworking division.
