Customer relationship management technology provider Marketing Rada has restructured its senior team to support its 2023 growth plans.
Michelle Laverick (pictured), who held the role of head of client services since joining in 2021, has been promoted to commercial director with a remit to acquire new business while continuing to focus on existing clients.
Laverick has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry, and previously held positions at First Choice Holidays, Inghams, Explore Worldwide, Wendy Wu Tours, Collette Travel, HF Holidays and Silver Travel Advisor.

Additionally, Maxx Wyndham has been promoted to technology director, having previously held the role of system architect.
He is tasked with enhancing and improving the provider’s “flagship service”, as well as delivering on upcoming projects.
Both Laverick and Wyndham will report into managing director Chris Hazledene.
“I’m really excited about Michelle and Maxx working alongside me and about what we can achieve together in developing and implementing commercial strategies in accordance with our company goals and objectives,” Hazledene said.
“The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years despite the pandemic where we saw the business direction evolve to support our clients’ changing needs.
